For OON clients, I can provide a monthly Superbill—a detailed receipt with all the necessary medical codes. You simply submit this to your insurance provider through their online portal or by mail to request reimbursement directly to you. You will need to check with your plan to determine if you have OON reimbursement options.

Private Pay

$125 per session

This option offers the highest level of privacy and control. Because I do not have to share your records or a required mental health diagnosis with an insurance company, your information remains strictly confidential between us. This also allows us to tailor your treatment length and style to your specific needs, rather than being restricted by insurance company mandates.

$150/hour

Administrative Tasks + Coordination

$125/hour, prorated

This may include letter writing, completing forms, and consultation with other professionals.
